How do I get paid commissions?
If you are based in the US, we can send your commissions every month via ACH, Zelle, Paypal or USDC Crypto. If you are outside of the US, we will send you your commission via wire, Paypal or USDC Crypto. You must fill out the form sent to you when you subscribe to provide us with your payout information.
When do I get paid my commissions?
If you have provided us with your payouts information (bank account, zelle, paypal, etc.), Xeni will send out your commissions on the first week of every month. For hotels, car rentals, and activities, commissions are paid out after the travel is used. For flights, commissions are paid out after the month the travel is booked. For example, if your traveler books a hotel in June and stays at the hotel in July, you will receive your commission for that hotel during the first week of August. If a traveler books a flight in June, you will receive your commission for that flight during the first week of July.
If you have not provided us with your payouts information, we will make at least 3 attempts to contact you requesting the details so we can send your commission.
Can I earn commissions on flights?
If you are booking on behalf of your customer, you can add a custom markup to the flight as a service fee at checkout.
How are my commissions handled from an income tax perspective?
All-US based agents will receive a 1099. International agents must request that their relevant forms be filled out by Xeni. Every subscriber is expected to abide by their local tax laws.
How do I activate my payments?
You will receive a separate email asking you to upload your official government ID as well as choose the form of payment for your commissions. Once we receive this form, we will manually turn on your payment for you to be able to complete bookings.
How is the credit card payment cost handled?
Per the subscription agreement, Xeni bears the credit card changes on the cost of goods, and the agents bears the credit charges only on their commission, which will be netted against the commissions.
Will you pay out my sub-agents for their commissions?
Xeni will send all commission payments to the site owner. Site owners are responsible for paying out their sub agents.
